Navisight is a travel kit you hear and feel.

A long cane is unmatched near the ground. It cannot read a door, count remaining metres, or warn outside cane range. Consumer AI glasses describe a scene, then dump that description into the same ears you need for traffic. Navisight treats glasses and bracelet as one locked system. A pulse every half-second keeps turns you hear aligned with turns you feel. A safety layer can halt the route when a hazard is critical. Patents pending at CIPO.

The three parts

Glasses

Forward ranging for obstacles. Bone-conduction audio so ear canals stay open. Three modes: navigation, reading / OCR, and alerts. A safety layer can force alerts when a hazard is critical.

Bracelet

Haptic language on the wrist: two pulses for a turn, a hold for stop, a triple tap for arrival, a burst for an obstacle. Step count and cadence feed stride and ETA after a short calibration walk.

Companion

This phone or computer. Pair, navigate, calibrate. Live camera describe and OCR with no kit. Spoken “how to sync” when devices turn on. Preview sensors so clinics can try it without hardware.

From power-on to a path

  1. Step 1

    Power on and sync

    Wake the glasses until you hear a short bone-conduction tone. Wake the bracelet until you feel a double tap. Pair both from the companion. You will hear link lock. Sync ticks twice each second.

  2. Step 2

    Calibrate your walk

    Walk a known distance. The bracelet counts steps. Stride length becomes remaining metres and an arrival time. Skip this and the app uses a default stride so you are never blocked.

  3. Step 3

    Navigate

    Enter a destination. The glasses speak remaining distance. The bracelet pulses left, right, stop, or arrive. Obstacles ahead raise a burst on the wrist and an alert in bone conduction.

  4. Step 4

    No kit? Use this phone

    The companion camera describes a scene and reads print. Preview sensors keep hazard logic running. Buy hardware when you are ready.

Safety, not just description

A hazard engine scores how fast you are moving toward something close. A confidence engine weighs GPS, inertial, Bluetooth, sync health, obstacle samples, and calibration. If priority is critical, navigation holds — the bracelet stops issuing turn pulses and audio switches to alerts. That veto does not wait on a cloud model.
